Sacred Sound Sundays is a heart-centered sound healing experience designed to help you slow down, breathe deeply, and reconnect with your inner wisdom. Guided by Dr. Mal (Mallory D. McCoy, Ed.D.), each session is a sacred invitation to pause, release, and realign through the transformative power of sound, meditation, and breathwork.

In our intentionally curated space, you’ll be immersed in a symphony of healing instruments—crystal singing bowls, buffalo drum, ocean drum, rain stick, recorder, chimes, and more—woven together with intuitive vocal tones and spiritual guidance. These sessions are crafted to soothe the nervous system, clear stagnant energy, and restore balance to your mind, body, and spirit.

Whether you’re seeking stress relief, emotional release, clarity, or simply a space to rest, Sacred Sound Sundays offers a sanctuary for deep energetic restoration and inner harmony.

🕰 Class Times & Types

• Soul Collective (Co-Ed) – 5:00 PM to 6:00 PMOpen to all genders, this class invites every soul to connect in a shared healing space.
• Divine Feminine (Womb Energy Only) – 6:00 PM to 7:00 PMA nurturing circle designed for those who embody or connect with womb energy, focusing on feminine restoration, empowerment, and balance.

• Yoga mat
• Blanket or shawl for warmth during stillness
• Pillow, bolster, or cushion for comfort and support
• Eye covering to help you fully immerse your senses into the sound
• Water bottle
• Open heart and intention for your healing
• (Optional) A small sacred item such as a crystal, photo, or grounding object

Come as you are—in comfortable clothing that allows you to relax fully. This is your time to be held, supported, and replenished.

Info: Our Soul Collective Session is a co-ed Sacred Sound Sundays experience that welcomes all gendered identities—men, women, and non-binary beings—into a shared space of deep stillness and sacred resonance.

This session opens with gentle breathwork and guided meditation. You will then be immersed in a soundscape of crystal singing bowls, chimes, ocean drums, and intuitive rhythms—designed to bring balance to the divine masculine and divine feminine energies within all of us.
