As sound moves through the body, it invites tension to melt and the nervous system to harmonise, creating space for deeper truth, compassion, clarity, and inner peace to gently emerge.

What to expect:
- a 60 minute sound healing experience with time beforehand to choose an oracle card, anoint with ceremonial oil, and settle into the space
- a safe, cosy, heart-centred environment
- a brief guided meditation to ease you into stillness
- instruments such as crystal & metal singing bowls, chimes, crystal lyre, drone harp, handpan, sansula. and a little of my voice
- a healthy treat at the end to help ease your return to the outer world
- a small gift to take home
