After meeting and personally experiencing each others transformative, healing modalities, Gloria and I have known that we are destined to co-create and facilitate experiences for the community. We are ready to share our next collaboration. We know it will be very powerful and look forward to serving all who are called to come to this Sacred Sound Journey and KAP experience.
Kundalini Activation Process (KAP) is a transformative energetic healing modality designed to awaken and activate the Kundalini, or Life Force energy, within participants. KAP sessions involve a direct transmission of Kundalini energy, which can lead to a range of experiences. Participants might experience spontaneous physical movements, emotional releases, or deep insights, while others may remain still, finding the experience equally powerful. The key to KAP is its gentle, surrender-based approach, where participants simply allow the energy to work within them. It is a holistic healing modality that empowers individuals to unlock their full potential, live with greater vitality, and connect deeply with themselves, others, and the universe. It offers a path to profound shifts in both inner and outer life, guiding participants toward a more authentic and conscious way of being.
Combining Gloria's expertise with Karen Renée's sound journey/healing energies will surely bring the participants to a whole other level of transformation, transmutation and integration. We are grateful for the opportunity to serve in this way.
Come with a specific intention for your healing or just come and be curious what your body and soul will receive for your highest good at this time. We welcome you in whatever state you currently find yourself in. In this safe container, we will co-create a nurturing, safe portal for you to heal and expand.
Please wear comfy clothes, bring a yoga mat, blanket, pillow, journal & pen, and a water vessel (it is very important to stay hydrated throughout the experience and after).

Gloria Armond is a certified Kundalini Activation Process Facilitator. Gloria has utilized quite a a lot of different healing modalities to work with her own childhood trauma and other shadow work. Karen-Renee Robb, founder of Frame Drum Wisdom and ReSounding Wholeness, is a vocal, written word, and visual artist with over 30 years of vocal performance experience. Her passion for live sound, creativity, and compassion has led her to assist others in reclaiming their voice, innate rhythm, and creative expression utilizing the frame drum and other unique modalities. A mid-wife for the soul’s expression, Karen Renée brings her whole self into the experiences she facilitates. Helping to awaken and support others in meaningful, memorable ways, she makes the Healing Arts accessible and a vital part of personal growth and development. Karen-Renée is also a Sound & Reiki Clinician, Circle Facilitator, Inspirational Speaker, Universal Life Minister and Gene Keys Guide. I understand that KAP may involve physical movements as well as an opportunity for stress reduction and improved mental well being. As is the case with any physical activity, the risk of injury, even serious, disabling or fatal, is always present and cannot be entirely eliminated. If I experience any pain or discomfort, I will listen to my body, discontinue the activity, and ask for support from the instructor. I will continue to breathe smoothly. I assume full responsibility for any and all damages, which may incur through participation.
KAP is not a substitute for medical or psychological attention, examination, diagnosis or treatment. KAP is not recommended and is not safe for those prone to mania, delusion or psychosis. By purchasing a ticket, I affirm that a licensed physician has verified my good health, physical and mental condition to participate in such a program. In addition, I will make the instructor aware of any medical conditions or physical limitations before class. If I am pregnant, become pregnant or I am post-natal or post-surgical, my purchase verifies that I have my physician's approval to participate. I also affirm that I alone am responsible to decide whether to practice KAP and participation is at my own risk.
