LET YOUR MIND AND BODY FLOW TOGETHER IN AN OCEAN OF SOUND.

Take a deep dive into a vast ocean of sacred sounds and vibrational energy. Let go more into the realm of trustful surrender, Ishvara Pranidhana, as you lay your mind to rest in the heartspace and come into contact with the very deepest desires of your incarnation, of your reason for being.

What is it that you are seeking?

What is it that you wish to heal?

What is it that you wish to transform?

Allow the sonic nature of this sensory experience to take you on an inward sacred journey of remembering, reclining and relaxing into an effortless harmonic sound experience: the yoga of deep listening. Finding stillness while receiving varying frequencies, overtones, and vibrations from quartz crystal bowls, metal Himalayan bowls, gongs, chimes, body harp, Native American flutes, vocals, drums, and more.

There is no movement involved. Comfort is key, so large plush bolsters and blankets will be provided to support and nurture your body in such a way that you are able to more deeply relax.

Please bring your own yoga mat. Studio mat rentals are $3 apiece.

Advance registration is required.
