Finding stillness while receiving varying frequencies, overtones, and vibrations from quartz crystal bowls, metal Himalayan bowls, gongs, chimes, body harp, Native American flutes, vocals, drums, and more.
There is no movement involved. Comfort is key, so large plush bolsters and blankets will be provided to support and nurture your body in such a way that you are able to more deeply relax.
Please bring your own yoga mat. Studio mat rentals are $3 apiece.

Black Cat Yoga workshops and events are nonrefundable, and your reservation can only be used for the date it was purchased for. In the event that a workshop or event is canceled by us, participants will receive a full refund or a credit to their studio account. Absence to a workshop or series is nonrefundable.
