Have you always wanted to sing?Scared of singing in a group, but always sing in the car and the shower?
Or perhaps you simply love singing and want to experience even more joy by singing and harmonising together?
All are welcome at my Sacred Sound Circles, no matter your vocal experience đđâ¨
We will sing simple, joyful songs with repetitive lyrics that drop you into your body and lift your spirits. Sometimes we will tone long ommmmms and maybe sing things like each otherâs names, too âşď¸ We will start each session with a small ceremony, calling each of us into our bodies and the present moment, and then we will open our hearts and mouths and sing!
Singing together in a group has been proven to:
- regulate your nervous system
- elevate your mood
- reduce stress and anxiety
- activate oxytocin (the âlove and bondingâ hormone), and more!
Come and learn some new songs, make some new friends, and gently elevate your vocal practice week by week.
Open to all, young and old, experienced and new. $20 waged, $15 unwaged.
