- Intentional Sound Healing: Immerse in the soothing vibrations of crystal singing bowls, gentle drums, and chimes, all tuned to open and balance your heart.
- Guided Heart Meditation: Explore self-compassion, forgiveness, and the boundless love God pours into your life.
- Sacred Stillness: Create a space for gratitude and renewal as we align our hearts with universal love.
Whether you're seeking healing, a deeper connection to yourself, or a renewed capacity to love others, this sound bath will leave your heart full and your spirit at peace.
All sound baths are unique and one-of-a-kind experiences. Never two of the same. Shelley's sound baths are intuitive, and Spirit guided to meet all individuals in attendance at the level they require.
Bring a journal, mat, blanket, pillow, anything that will help you to get comfortable and slip into a state of bliss.
Feel free to bring a crystal or any other personal or sacred item you would like to infuse with the combined energy of the sound bath.
