Step into a space of deep healing and tranquility with Sacred Sound & Stillness, a transformative 60-minute journey blending guided meditation, conscious breath, and the powerful medicine of sound. Designed to help you release stress, restore balance, and reconnect with your true self, this session is an invitation to unwind, heal, and find inner peace.
Each week, you’ll be guided through a peaceful meditation and encouraged to connect with your breath—gently drawing awareness inward—while healing sound frequencies wash over you to recalibrate the mind and body. Whether you are new to meditation or a seasoned practitioner, this sacred experience offers a nurturing environment for all.

What to Expect:
• Guided Meditation: A soothing and intuitive meditation that will guide you into deep presence and stillness. Each week the meditation will vary to support different themes and intentions.
• Conscious Breath: Gentle breath awareness exercises to help you anchor into the present moment and deepen your healing experience. These may be integrated into each session depending on the focus of the week.
• Sound Medicine: Vibrational healing from crystal bowls, gongs, and chimes. Each week, different instruments may be used to create a unique sound experience, facilitating the release of blockages and restoring harmony.
• Holistic Healing: Sessions will offer practices designed to release tension, align your energy, and restore a sense of calm. The specific practices will vary depending on the needs of the group and the theme of the week.
• Peaceful Environment: A serene, comfortable space designed to facilitate deep relaxation and personal transformation.

Important Information:
• No Pre-booking Required: Simply arrive for the event—no need to reserve your spot in advance.
• What to Bring: Comfortable warm clothing, a yoga mat to lie on, a blanket and pillows for extra comfort, and any items that help you relax (e.g., crystals, water bottle, etc.).
• Arrive Early: Please arrive 10–15 minutes early to settle in. We will begin promptly at 7:00 PM, and to minimize disruptions, the doors will be locked at 7:00 PM. Late arrivals will not be admitted after the session begins.
