Sacred Sound: A Yoga and Sound Healing ExperienceSaturday January 4th 2025

I am absolutely delighted to announce that I am once again partnering with local sound healer, Olesia Trok to bring you this transcendental experience. Olesia is deeply passionate about sound healing and creating transformative experiences through the harmonious vibrations of gongs, crystal bowls, Tibetan bowls, and more. Her sessions are designed to promote deep relaxation, release tension, and restore balance, nurturing your body, mind, and soul.
We will begin our time together by grounding in to the space with meditation and restorative Yoga. Our movement will be gentle, accessible and focused on tuning our inner gaze. After a short break for comfort, Olesia will begin the sound healing journey and we will be transported into the deep energetic realms of body and soul. At the end of the session we will come together once more in mediation, grounding and sharing before we depart.
Please arrive at 5.45pm for a prompt 6pm start. Bring your yoga mat and wear comfortable clothing and feel free to bring a blanket for warmth and any other props you may find useful for the Yoga practice. Bring water (there is some available at the studio too) and you may find an eye pillow useful for mediation and sound bath.
