A monthly sound bath ✨Immerse yourself in a higher vibration✨
All you have to do is show up and we do the rest💗 Enjoy the relaxing sounds of the crystal singing bowls, ocean drum and various other healing tools.
Sound bath is roughly 45 min with added time at the end to meditate, ground down, drink tea, journal, discuss or process.
Drop in- $20
Class passes can also be used on this workshop is you hold a package.
What to bring: notebook, yoga mat, water bottle, mug, and anything else that may help you feel most comfortable.
Blankets and bolsters will be provided. We also have a select number mats available to borrow should you need one. You may request an anti gravity chair or air bed, however there are only a limited number available. These may be requested via messenger or text message.
