You’ll simply lie down and get cozy — no experience required.
For about 45 minutes, you’ll be lovingly guided through breathwork, awareness techniques, and body relaxation that lead you into a dreamlike meditative state. This is where your body rests and repairs, and your soul can receive.
Whether you fall asleep or float in between, your energy will still receive exactly what it needs.
