Yoga Nidra — often called “yogic sleep” — is a deeply restorative guided meditation that invites you into a space between wakefulness and sleep, where the body fully relaxes and the mind softens into stillness.

A single session can feel like hours of restful sleep — nourishing your nervous system, calming your mind, and connecting you with your inner peace.
✨ What to Expect
You’ll simply lie down and get cozy — no experience required.
For about 60 minutes, you’ll be lovingly guided through breathwork, awareness techniques, and body relaxation that lead you into a dreamlike meditative state. This is where your body rests and repairs, and your soul can receive.
Whether you fall asleep or float in between, your energy will still receive exactly what it needs.
