Sacred Soul Collage Workshop

Welcome to the Sacred Soul Collage Workshop! Join us at Strawberry Moon Herbal Apothecary & Ritual Center on East College Street in Broken Arrow, OK, USA from 11:30am-3:30pm for a creative and introspective experience.
SoulCollage® is a creative and powerful way to access your intuition, your inner guidance and your resources in a magical and intuitive way. The intention of the SoulCollage® method- in the words of it’s founder, Seena Frost – is “to offer a creative practice for exploring, healing and evolving our many-faceted Souls so every Soul is able to manifest its unique SoulEssence in increasingly balanced and joy-filled forms.”
What to expect during this workshop....
-We will begin this workshop with gentle movement and relaxation, then dive into an embodied meditation, especially created for the theme of our workshop.
-You will be guided through creating 1-3 Soul Collage cards(continuing the creative process will over time eventually result in a deck of cards)—each collage card representing one aspect of your personality or Soul.
-You will be encouraged to interact with your cards to receive the wisdom and medicine that is unique to you. You will also be shown how to use the cards intuitively to answer life’s questions, support you in times of change or transition or to foster Self-discovery and Self-expression.
The cards joyfully deepen your understanding of the relationships between your personality parts, you and your family/community/world, and you and your dreams, symbols, and Spirit.
Who is this Sacred Soul Collage workshop for?
-Anyone who can hold a pair of scissors and wants to explore the creative depths of their mind and soul in a nurturing and safe environment.
What to bring......
-Please bring a yoga mat, water and wear loose and comfortable clothing.
-Please bring 3-5 magazines that they resonate with as we will be cutting out images for our collages. If people would like to bring and donate more magazines for future workshops that would be welcomed and greatly appreciated as well.
