🌿 Sacred Softening: Easing Into the New YearAs the year begins, many of us carry lingering tension, grief, burnout, and mental fatigue. Sacred Softening is an invitation to slow down, release, and gently return to your body in a safe, supportive, and sacred space.
This restorative sound bath experience Led by Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist, Certified Sound Bath Healing Facilitator, EMDR-Certified, and Trauma Specialist, Ashley Rhys, uses singing bowls, chimes, ocean drums, rainstick, our new grounding gong instrument, breath awareness, and intentional sound frequencies to support deep relaxation and nervous system regulation.
