For women who don’t have enough time to themselves because they are too busy looking after everyone else.
And this often results in many things we don’t like to admit to – tired, no, exhausted. Harried, depleted, overwhelmed, stuck. Feeling inadequate at not being able to juggle it all and feeling guilty for feeling resentful. Sometimes lonely, sometimes anxious, sometimes feeling a bit lost, a bit forgotten, but keeping on..! And doing our best.
Many people think self-care for women is a bubble bath, some chocolate and getting our nails done. But real self care (some may say radical! But I say necessary) is learning to give only from our overflowing cup – from our saucer!

learning kind inner self talk
taking time in nature
giving ourselves quiet time so we can hear what our body and soul are telling us
meeting our own needs and asking for what we need and want, including for support,
creating healthy boundaries and saying no when we need to
finding movement or exercise we actually love
nutritious food, (and kindness when we are not doing as well as would prefer) honouring our feelings and getting help healing our inner hurts
finding purpose and meaning and living a life we love…
…but how do we do this?
We will gently explore some of the things that get in the way of us giving ourselves what we need and look at how we can make small changes in our lives, because learning self care is a journey, a process, which of course we won’t do all at once.
Sacred Sisterhood is a community of Sisters, healing, holding in Sacred Space.
Usually offered in 3 day seasonal Spirals, this summer, we have one standalone Selfcare Day (because I’m taking my own Medicine and not overscheduling – taking time to rest and replenish, have fun and enjoy the summer <3)
Small group. Organic vegan lunch and snacks provided.
Offering the opportunity to take time out for self care, nurture and celebration, connecting more deeply to yourself and a special community of women.
Set in a beautiful yurt near Canterbury with a cosy woodburning stove in a large peaceful tranquil and beautiful garden.
Each day includes plenty of time for reflecting and sharing. Witnessed and held in safe and sacred circle.
Small group to hold safe space and be heard, honoured and witnessed.
Lunch snacks and all materials provided.
The financial exchange is offered as sliding scale
£74 per day for those on low incomes
£83 for those on mid incomes
£92 for those on secure incomes
