Awaken Shakti in circle with your sisters. Cultivate authentic self love, Sacred Sexuality practices and Divine Union with self and others.
About this Event

Join Liddy & Rose for a Sacred Sister Circle this time dedicated to Self Love & Sacred Sexuality.

Valentines Day is a Patriarchal consumerist construct. However, love is universal and true love starts from within you.

In this Sister Circle we will be cultivating authentic Self Love through various feminine embodiment & meditation practices. We learn some simple Sacred Sexuality principles and how to use them to awaken the Shakti within and live an energised, orgasmic existence.

In this container we will gather together in the following practices:

* Awakening Shakti Embodiment Practice

* Chakra Toning

* Yoni Vipassana Meditation

* Art Therapy

What is a Wom*n’s Circle ?

Many years ago we would gather in red tents as women and share stories, rub each other’s feet and receive wisdom from our elders. Wom*n’s Circles are a way of reconnecting to this ancient practice in our modern day world. They are a way of transmuting competition into collaboration; comparison into inspiration. Will you join us sister?

Rose is an experienced Art & Somatic Therapist (MSc) & yoga guide. She has been holding various women’s circle containers for the past 6 years. Within which she has guided women in expanding their awakening through embodiment; art making; meditation & yoga.

Who is Liddy?

Liddy is a yoga & meditation guide and children's mindfulness educator, with a deep love for the feminine practices of bhakti yoga, herbalism and elemental immersion.
