Step into the Sacred Sister Circle on January 12th, 6-8pm at Essential Yoga Studio in Springfield, MO. 🌀This is a sanctuary for women who know they carry magic and divinity within, but have struggled to find a space that honors their full, authentic selves. We'll weave together ancient rituals, heartfelt connection, and embodiment practices like mindfulness & movement to celebrate the sacred and the sensual.
