🔹Anointing with sacred oils or elements to fully step into the space
🔹Opening circle with introductions, intentions, & alter offering
🔹A potent topic & reflection question /space for authentic sharing
🔹 Embodied, somatic movement & music to release any stuck energy, elevate & empower your spirit
🔹 A transformative ritual to anchor the magic and align with our power--connecting to Self, Source, and one another
🔹Closing Circle & Open Connection Time to deepen into community and building tribe

🕯 A small item for our community altar (if you so desire to add just during circle)
💖 Pillow , Bolsters or Blankets to be comfortable on the floor! The studio has some, but feel free to bring your own in case we run low!
Doors open 1:45pm. Please plan to arrive early & settle in. Container will close & circle begins at 2pm. We will be gathered in circle on the floor for most of the evening except for movement portion. Limited Bolsters & blankets provided , chairs If needed. Feel free to bring what is needed for extra comfort and support.
