Sacred Silence is a monthly ritual of shared stillness, held on Sunday evenings at Sacred Space Yoga.
This is not a typical yoga class.
It is a sanctuary.
With minimal verbal guidance, you’ll be gently led into each posture and then invited into silence, allowing your breath, body, and inner awareness to guide the practice. There is no pressure to speak, socialise, or perform. Just a softly held space to arrive as you are and rest in quiet community.
Sacred Silence is for the moments when words feel heavy, when your nervous system craves simplicity, and when presence feels more nourishing than conversation.
Slow, soulful movement.
