Sacred Sensuality | Feminine Flow Workshop

Join us for a transformative workshop blending the fluidity of dance with the mindfulness of Yoga to awaken your sacral chakra and sensual expression. Led by Naomi Hutchinson, a 200-Hour Yoga Instructor, Holistic Healer, and Dancer with over 20 years of technical dance training, this workshop will guide you through a series of movements and poses designed to release blockages, increase creative flow, and cultivate a deeper connection with your body and inner self.

The Sacral Chakra Connection:
The sacral chakra, located in the lower abdomen, is the center of our creativity, passion, and sensuality. When this chakra is balanced, we feel inspired, joyful, and emotionally connected. The fluid movements in dance and Yoga help to activate and balance the sacral chakra, allowing us to tap into our creative potential and embrace our sensual nature.

MEET YOUR FACILITATOR

Naomi Hutchinson

Naomi Hutchinson is a Los Angeles based well-being facilitator and founder of holistic health and wellness company, Healthy+Well. She holds a BFA in Dance from The University of the Arts, a holistic health certification from the Institute for Integrative Nutrition as well as certifications in Yoga, Mindfulness and Trauma-Informed facilitation. Naomi is pleased to have worked with Nike, Alkeme Health, Tia, Cal State and The National Coalition of Black Women to foster well being for diverse communities. Naomi is an advocate for the transformational power of Yoga, as it helped her to release habits that were no longer serving her and to prioritize self care. She finds immense joy in sharing holistic wellness practices with her community and offering them a safe space to be transformed through a nurturing and empowering approach. Whether you're looking to create sustainable self-care routines, heal from the root, get more active or bring mindfulness into the workplace, Naomi is eager to help you accomplish your holistic wellness goals.
