Sacred Seeds: Soul Blossoms Workshop (Ages 13–17)Hosted by Psychic Medium Cass
The Soul Blossoms group is a safe and inspiring workshop for spiritually gifted, curious and enlightened teens ages 13–17. This space is designed to help teens deepen their spiritual journey, strengthen their intuition, and step into their authentic power-while connecting with like-minded peers who truly understand them.
What to Expect:
Guidance in energy awareness, grounding, and protection techniques
Tools for strengthening intuition and spiritual connection
Meditation, mindfulness, and self-expression practices
A supportive community where teens can build confidence and friendships
A safe environment to explore their gifts and embrace who they are!
It is not mandatory to attend each session, they will build off of each other, but this is flexible and please come in comfy clothes as we will be doing activities in the yoga studio.
Parent Connection:
Parents are welcomed into the Sacred Seeds community too! This is an opportunity for you to connect with others, share experiences, and support your child’s journey in a safe and uplifting environment.
