About this Event
Join Nichole and Steph at Méraki Collective as they invite you into a paradigm shift to slow down and get curious about the rhythms of nature.
The two-day Sacred Seasons Retreat: Rooting Into Winter offers a gentle space for an intimate group to embrace rest, settle into stillness, and connect deeply with themselves and community. With winter as our teacher, Nichole and Steph will build a container for you to practice welcoming in the gifts of the season.
Together, over two separate days (no overnight lodging), we will explore practices rooted in embodiment, somatics, creativity, rest and communal reflection. This retreat is designed to help you soften, find comfort in stillness and reconnect with your inner wisdom — all in the grounding presence of community.
Through embodied movement, restorative practices, breathwork, storytelling, creative expression and shared ritual, we will tap into the medicine of winter.
This retreat is a chance to step away from the pace of daily life and into a place where you can breathe, settle and enter the new season with clarity, intention and spaciousness.
Nichole and Steph welcome you to arrive as you are— and to discover what becomes possible when we settle into stillness together.
