L A T E A U T U M N In this fast-paced modern life, we can get pulled away from the natural rhythms and cyclical nature of the changing seasons. Each season brings with it room for self-discovery, healing, release and growth. By honoring these cycles in nature, we can begin to live more in tune with its rhythms while honoring our current season of life.
We will gather together to usher in each new cycle with a seasonal theme, meditation, journaling and time to share in a safe and supportive space.
Please bring anything you need to make yourself comfortable such as a blanket, cushion or yoga mat to sit on and a journal.
Celebrating the harvest we'll be making fire cider!
Fire cider is an herbal folk remedy infusing apple cider vinegar with common produce and herbs to energize the body and boost immunity. Together we will celebrate the harvest season and craft something to help keep us healthy as we move into autumn.
