In this Sacred Sauna Ceremony, we will work ritualistically with heat, sound, plants, smoke, singing and movement to create a powerful space where you can heal old wounds, create space for new energy and manifest your deeper longing of loving and being loved. Sauna and sweat lodges have long been used as a place where people have gathered around rituals to cleanse and manifest. Our bodies are wise - let’s tap into the ancient knowledge that they hold.
We are supported in this work by the energy of Beltane, a festive day on nature’s wheel of celebration, which is the night between 30th of April and 1st of May, right in between Spring Equinox and Summer Solstice. People have celebrated nature’s cycle for thousands of years and this one is no excuse. Beltane is a juicy celebration with themes of ?????????, ????????, ???? ?????, ????????? and ????.

Professional Sauna Master, 2nd place in the Danish Championship and founder of Just Sauna. Her passion is to make the sauna a ritualistic experience where she brings shamanic- and natural elements such as banya, pirts, herbal infusions as well as sound journeys and breath work.

Shamanic practitioner, Sauna Master and the woman behind Circles and Cycles. Her work is done in service of Mother Earth and she works closely with nature and guidance from the spirits. She holds powerful spaces for people to find their inner power to heal, transform and connect - using Shamanic Breath work, Ritualistic SaunaGus, drum journeys and ceremonies that follow nature’s cycle.
