Sacred Sanctuary is an immersive healing experience to expand your energetic aura, elevate your mood levels, and awaken your inner being.
Welcome to a new a new year! Join Frannie this month as we honor New Beginnings. Whether you have set your intentions for the year or are still considering what you desire to see manifest, create supportive habits and developing the mindset to support those habits are key!
In this mini retreat, we will dispel the limited beliefs sets holding you back as we set our sight forward on new beginnings. You will learn what limited beliefs your are attached to, how to shift your mindset around those beliefs, and create a positive action plan of new supportive habits. Once complete, you will not only feel ready to set your intentions; you will also be eager take the aligned action towards stepping into your new beginning.
Class includes Reiki healing energy, yoga, meditation, and somatic healing release work. Each person will also receive an oracle card pull message to culminate their experience.
