A Community Drumming Circle Hosted By The Soul Ascension Studio
All Are Welcome * No Experience Needed * Feel the rhythm
This monthly drumming circle is a space to breathe, play, release, and connect. Whether you bring a drum, a shaker, or simply your open heart, you belong in the circle.
This is a place for:
• Stress relief and relaxation
• Creative expression and movement
• Joyful connection with others
• Reclaiming your natural rhythm
What to Expect in Our Gathering Flow
Opening Circle We’ll begin together with grounding breath, a warm welcome, and shared intention. “We’re here to feel, express, and connect—not to impress.”
Rhythm Warm-Up Ease into the beat with simple call-and-response, clapping, and movement. No skill required—just feel it.
Guided Rhythms & Open Jam We’ll explore group rhythm through intuitive drumming. Play what you feel, follow the energy, and listen to each other.
Closing Circle We end with reflection, gratitude, and space for sharing what came through.
