Sacred Rest Sound Bath is a one hour sound healing experience where your nervous system relaxes and your bodies own healing abilities are activated.
This is an opportunity for deep relaxation and healing on every layer of you.
Your Physical Self, Mental Self, Emotional Self, and Spiritual Self - all receive benefits from the power of intentional healing sound and sacred rest.
Science is continually making “new discoveries” that prove what many ancient cultures have known for thousands of years, that SOUND is powerful and Sound Vibrations impact physical matter - including the physical cells of your body!
Allow your whole-being to rest and reset with soothing sounds of crystal singing bowls, chimes, and other instruments including the vocals of Jessica Sage.
