Drawing from the ancient teachings of the Yoga Sutras, we’ll explore the yogic path to inner stillness, self-awareness, and self-assuredness.
Through gentle, floor-based movement, simple breathing practices, and self-myofascial release, we’ll cultivate a sense of presence and ease. Intention and mantra will support subtle mindset shifts, helping us align with the deeper purpose of our practice. We’ll conclude with Yoga Nidra, a guided deep rest practice designed to integrate body, mind, and spirit.
This all-inclusive, beginner-friendly workshop with Amanda Wood is open to all and designed to reconnect you with the heart and soul of yoga.
