Join Violet for a special Full Moon Sacred Release.An intimate group experience designed to help you shed what no longer serves you.
Under the illuminating energy of October’s Full Moon, we’ll work with the body, breath, and sound to support deep emotional and energetic release.
This is an active, embodied practice. Some portions may feel intense, as movement and breathwork can stir powerful emotions. You will be fully supported throughout, guided gently in a safe container that honors your boundaries and natural pace, but please note this is an active event.
✨ What You’ll Experience
--Intentional Movement & Stretches--
We’ll begin with gentle stretches to ground and awaken the body, then move into more primal, expressive movements to help release stored emotions, tension, and blockages. These somatic practices awaken the body’s natural healing pathways, creating freedom and flow.
--Transformative Breathwork--
Through connected circular breathing and rhythmic patterns — paired with movement — you’ll access deeper layers of release. This breathwork supports emotional clearing, nervous system regulation, and energetic realignment.
--Reflection, Journaling & Snack Break--
After movement and breathwork, we’ll pause to reflect. Participants are invited to journal about insights, sensations, or intentions that arose during the release. Light snacks and herbal tea will be provided to nourish and ground before moving into integration.
--Restorative Sound Healing & Reiki--
We’ll close with a deeply relaxing sound bath featuring crystal singing bowls, chimes, and grounding tones, complemented with Reiki to integrate your experience and anchor your energy in alignment with the lunar cycle.

-What to Wear: Comfortable clothing you can move and stretch in

-What’s Provided: Yoga mats, blankets, pillows, journals, herbal tea, and light snacks (snacks will be gluten free & vegan options available)
