This is a therapeutic & transformational workshop designed to help you move from suppression to expression of your truest embodied emotions, needs, preferences, and desires. Come safely feel, explore, express, and *talk* about the parts of you that have been shut up, silenced, unnoticed, or otherwise left in the dark — either by yourself or others. And feel supported doing it! Includes psychoeducation on sacred rage, trauma, & self-expression, guided vocal play & voice empowerment exercises, somatic & emotional release, verbal processing / sharing, and time for relaxation and integration.
