For lifetimes we have been stifled.Ignoring our truth.
Brushing our feelings under a rug.
Swallowing each word, every tear, every hurt like it didn’t cut us like a knife.
Being passed from generation to generation.
It’s time to break these chains.
Time to release the shackles.
Time to see it all as sacred and holy.
Time to honour the rage that boils from within.
The one screaming to be seen and heard and allowed to be released.
The dark goddess that is rising to say no more.
