Within every woman lives a reservoir of unspoken emotion. Grief, forbidden anger, inherited shame, and the quiet ache of all the moments we swallowed our truth. Over years, these energies lodge themselves in the body, shaping our lives in ways we cannot always see.
In the Ancient Mystery Traditions, the body is considered to be the first temple. When emotions become trapped in that temple, we may feel:
- Chronic tension or physical heaviness
- Emotional fatigue or numbness
- Anxiety, depression, or inner restlessness
- Addictive or avoidant patterns
- Difficulty receiving love or being fully seen
- The sense of being disconnected from purpose, intuition, or feminine nature
- Persistent judgment, cynicism, or self-protection
- Fear of intimacy, belonging, or softness

This Sacred Rage & Sensual Movement event will be held in a historic 19th-century converted church, which means that the space itself becomes part of the ritual-amplifying everything we do.

✨ Journaling Practices to anchor insight and integration
✨ Mythic Stoytelling & Prayer to bring it all back to God

- A yoga mat

The Facilitator:
Courtney Pierson is a Spiritual Mentor and Somatic Coach supporting individuals through awakenings, emotional release, and inner alchemy. She holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Human Development and Family Science and is trained in Breath-work, Psychic Development, and Shamanic Healing.
