Many of us have stuck emotions trapped in the body. This can be stuck grief from a break up, a job loss, a loved one passing, or any significant lifestyle changes. This could be stuck anger toward friends, family members, lovers, or colleagues. This could be YEARS of built up guilt and shame.

When emotions get stuck in the body, they can cause a number of physical and emotional symtoms. These can look like:

• Aches or Pains
• Muscle Tension
• Fatique
• Depression
• Anxiety
• Various Addictions
• Disordered Eating
• Inability to Focus
• Feelings of Constant Judgment Toward Others
• Cynicism
• Aversions to Intimacy
• Lack of Belonging
• Lack of Direction

If any of this sounds like you, this 2 hour Sacred Rage/Sensual Movement is an amazing way to get you back on track. Releasing stuck emotions, getting back into your body, and tapping into your creative energy.

What to Expect:

• Somatic Excersises including conscious breathing, stomping, thrusting, hitting (pillows), screaming, shaking, sensual dance, and meditation.
• A safe space to move through anger and grief
• Connecting to your body through movement and music
• Being witnessed by a group of other women while moving through anger, grief, and sensual movement
• Deep connection with a group of other women
• Journaling practices to help you integrate

How to Prepare:

• Drink a ton of water the day before, the day of, and the day after
• Wear comfortable clothes, as we will be doing a lot of physcial movement

What to Bring:

• A journal and something to write with
• A Yoga mat
• A water bottle
• A pillow
• If possible, bring a cusion

MEET THE FACILITATOR:
