-💛 Sacred Prenatal Yoga meets EVERY 2 WEEKS with a fresh theme each time — come regularly, or simply when it feels right. 💛-
This is for the women, who look for more than a "normal" prenatal yoga class. ✨🤰
Who are longing for something more "special" in this so special time of their lives.
Who want to experience little rituals, lots of connection and self-care.
Who are looking for a space where they are held and empowered at the same time. 🤱✨

How does a session look like?
🕯️ Arriving
I create a surrounding where you feel welcome and special. Think of candles and objects fitting to the topic of the session.
🤍 Small Sharing Circle
Here you can share what is on your mind and heart — regarding pregnancy, birth or other important things you would like to share. You can also ask questions that I or others can answer. You can feel safe — you only share what feels comfortable in that moment.
🌿 Connection
Your time to connect with yourself and your baby. This might look like a short guided meditation or calm music in the background.
🧘♀️ Yoga
We will do some yoga to support your body and soul. I show you safe and supportive poses you can do depending on your phase in pregnancy.
✨ Topic of the Day
Every session has a specific topic — for example “Connection with the hearts”, “Being supported by Mother Earth”, “Trust & Surrender”, etc.
We explore little exercises related to the topic: rituals, journaling prompts, partner-sharing, longer meditations… You choose what feels right for you, and you may skip anything that doesn’t.
🤎 Closing Circle
You have the opportunity to share what you are taking from the session to integrate it more deeply.
🍵 Tea & Chat
While I tidy up, you have time to connect with the other women and enjoy some warm tea.
