For those who want to get away, but can't be gone for the full weekend, join Libby Gayle and Paty Mariposa for a Sacred Pause - one day dedicated to refilling your cup, reconnecting with the world around you, and enjoying time in community!Participants will arrive at 10 am and join us in Flower Ceremony to connect with intention and each other. We'll then drop into the present moment with Mindful Walking, and float into a lunch catered by our private chef. After lunch, enjoy Sound Bowl Healing and Reiki Infused Meditation, the transformation of Mariposas Dance, a Self Care Workshop, which offers you tools to take home. We'll all enjoy a seasonal dinner, then a fire ceremony to end your day!
