About this Event
Thank you so much for registering to attend my upcoming NeuroSonic Breathwork event! I'm excited to have you join me for this transformative experience, and I want to ensure you are fully prepared for the session.
Here are a few important details to keep in mind:
Before Attending (please inform if you have any of the following):
- Irregular Blood Pressure
- Cardiovascular Issues
- Epilepsy or a history of siezures
- Heavy medications
- Severe Phsyciatric Systems
- Bipolar
- Osteoporosis
- Recent surgery
- Glaucoma
- Pregnancy
- Mental Illness
- Severe lack of slep
- TBI (Traumatic Brain Issue)
What to Bring:
Water bottle and Lip balm (to keep your lips hydrated during the session)
Arrival & Preparation:
Please arrive alcohol- and drug-free. I want you to have the most authentic and effective experience possible, and being free of external substances will support that intention. Avoid eating for at least 3 hours before the event. This will help ensure that your body is in an optimal state for breathwork and processing the experience.

Setting Your Intention: I encourage you to come with an intention—something you’d like to release, let go of, or a personal goal you’d like to receive. Setting an intention helps guide your experience and can make it more powerful.
After the Session: Following the breathwork session, we will have a short share circle where you can reflect and process the experience with the group and share.
