About this Event
A Red Tent Circle is a sacred gathering for women, held on the first day of the lunar cycle, known as the New Moon. This event connects us to the moon's phases, mirroring the rhythms of our own bodies and menstrual cycles. The New Moon represents fresh beginnings, while the Full Moon invites release and reflection.
Each circle is unique, often featuring activities like singing, dancing, stretching, or guided meditation, but the flow is guided by the energy and needs of the group. Together, we'll share what's on our hearts, enjoy nourishing food, and create a supportive, safe space for connection.
Please dress comfortably, as we'll be sitting on the floor with cozy cushions and blankets.
See you in the circle.
