Experience the Sacred Moments Sound Bath
Join us for an in-person journey into deep relaxation and healing. Let the soothing vibrations of crystal bowls and gentle chimes wash over you, melting away stress and inviting inner peace.

Join us for Sacred Moments, a gentle sound bath experience designed to invite rest, presence, and deep listening. We’ll begin with a short, guided meditation, followed by an immersive sound journey using a variety of instruments to support relaxation and help settle the nervous system.
This is an hour to slow down, soften your breath, and give yourself permission to simply be.
Yoga mats, blankets, and bolsters are provided. You’re welcome to bring a favorite blanket, along with a pillow or eye mask for extra comfort.
