We are SO excited for this offering! We will gather at a beautiful beach location in Navarre, FL for an intimate gathering with a sacred plant medicine that will connect us to the heart and earth š
Arrival is 7am and this will be a full day of medicine, Ceremonial Cacao, nourishing foods, yoga, breathwork, community and connection.
Kristina is a Shamanic plant medicine practitioner and will lead us in ceremony
Natalie will co-facilitate and lead us into yoga and breathwork

Kayla will be a helper for this retreat and will also provide Spinal Flow Technique as an add-on for our guests

We will end our day with a nourishing meal and sleep at the retreat property and share a community breakfast and sharing circle before departure the following morning.
