Sacred Light Yoga Class Community

You’re invited to a BIPOC-centered community practice to commit yourself to a dedicated practice of yoga, in the fullness of the eight limb system. Classes will incorporate a range of practice, from the physical asana which we will practice weekly, to breath regulation, concentration, meditation, and teachings based in yogic philosophy.

In creating community, we intentionally center and honor the universal and energetic basis of the practice of yoga, the spiritual unfolding inherent in the path of yoga, and devote ourselves to its ultimate goal, inner freedom. We bring our wholeness and come as we are.
