The three key ingredients for meditation are:
*Posture
*Breath/Tension
*Guiding the mind
We discuss how to work with these three key components. Journal and reflection space will help bring forth and current struggles to be addressed or healed. These can include things such as thought patterns, attachments, wounding/trauma or behaviors. We then go into a Sacred Light Ancient Atlantis Guided Meditation, followed by journaling.
The journaling will give the opportunity for conscious guidance & reflective support by Marcus (Christolight).
** There is an option to purchase an mp3 audio version of the meditation from the session.
