This class invites you to root into stillness, to rest in the fertile emptiness, and to reconnect with the light that glows deep within. As we begin the slow turning toward spring, we listen not for answers, but for the quiet truth beneath the surface.
We’ll honor the energy of midwinter - a time of inward reflection, dreaming, and subtle transformation. The gong’s healing resonance will support deep rest, clearing, and renewal, helping you release what has been and prepare for what is quietly coming to life within you.
The Class Flow
The first half of the class is dedicated to opening, stretching, expanding, and raising our energy through Kundalini Yoga & Breath-work.
During the second half of the class laying in Shavasana (corpse pose) or sitting in meditation, you will bliss out and touch the infinite as you bathe in the AMAZING universal vibrations of the GONG!!!
