Join Fran Lewis Yoga and Reiki with Polly on a sacred journey to self upon land of earth energies, stone circles, a labyrinth and healing wells at Coskewis.
Come with us on a pilgrimage of reemergence, realignment and reconnection with self. Tune in to your own energetic body through self reiki, yoga, breathwork, Ayurveda and more.
This unique retreat will take you through each chakra, with focus on the Sacral chakra and will leave you feeling empowered having gathered the tools you’ll need to support yourself on your path.
Each chakra is also connected to a location on the planet, as the Earth is a living being like us. We are intimately connected by the elements, energetic structure and flow of energy, to all life, at a cellular, physical level.
Our earth has energetic pathways or ley lines, akin to meridians. Gathering in ceremony upon them with love will send ripples of healing around the globe. By being part of these sessions, you are also contributing to world healing in addition to your own.
