Sacred Heart ~ Sound Bath

Join us for a deeply restorative Sacred Heart Sound Bath experience, Sunday, Feb. 22nd, 2026 at 6:30 PM at Homecoming at Eastvale in the Theatre Room. The Sacred Heart Sound Bath experience is dedicated to setting heart-led intentions through, guided meditation, a brief moment of journaling and sound bath, with a focus on releasing outdated emotional patterns, and anchoring new visions connected to love, relationships, creativity, and personal expansion.

*All participants will recieve a mini journal as a gift from SOL &Co. to jumpstart your intentions.

What to Expect:

*This is NOT a Lewis Company or Homecoming sponsored event.

*Event will be heald at Homecoming - Eastvale - Community Building in the Theatre Room

• Parking is free and will be available in front of the building.
• Upon arrival, please provide your license plate number to the hosts in order to register your parking.

• Light and comfortable clothing
• A yoga/exercise mat or padded blanket to lie on
• A pillow for your head and back support if needed
• Light blanket for comfort
• Chairs will be provided for indiviuals who are unable to lay on the floor (email organizer at [email protected] if you would like to reserve a chair, provide your name and order number to reserve.)
• Water to stay hydrated

Sound baths may not be appropriate or need adaptation for:

People with sound sensitivity, PTSD, or epilepsy (especially with gongs or binaural beats), and high risk pregnancy.
