Join us for an immersive journey into the unknown and back home to the sacred heart. As you are guided through somatic movement, active breath and sound, you will begin to heal the body, release stored trauma, anxiety, limiting beliefs and old programs. Your inner technology will come online and you will connect with your true self, heart and spirit. We will end with Sacred Cacao Ceremony. Be brave... We are with you all the way.
We begin our 2 1/2 hour journey with somatic movement to connect to our body and our breath. Following this, we move into a heart opening technique active breath. Through this we begin to get the physical and energetic systems to communicate in a more coherent way allowing the nervous sytem to heal and release its beautiful Ph*rm*cy into the body for deep cellular healing. As this happens, we are able to tap into the subconscious bringing awareness to patterns of limiting beliefs and old programs that prevent us from creating lasting change in order to transform our life. This Journey will help to cultivate a powerful, courageous and sacred relationship to self.
Following the breath, we will immerse in a powerful soundbath to tone the Chakra system and be guided back to body through meditation. Afterwords we will have a sacred cocao ceremony helping to ground and stay connected to heart as we integrate .
Please bring a blanket, eyemask, pillow, journal and water. We will have some extras if needed.
