We will be gathering for the last Sound Journey of the year at Ohm Zome Studio in this beautiful dome nestled in nature, weaving Sacred Healing Sound Journey.

This is an invitation to come together in heart felt connection, an opportunity for you to slow down, to go inward and listen, reset, and taking that time to honour those parts of yourselves.

The power of sound has the ability to penetrate the layers of our being, reaching into our physical, mental, and emotional realms. As the vibrations reverberate through the body, they gently release tension, dissolve energetic blockages, and restore the flow of life force energy. The soothing sounds can calm an overactive mind, alleviate stress, and ease anxiety. They invite us to enter a state of deep meditation, enhancing our capacity for self-reflection, introspection, and spiritual growth.

Through guided meditation and channeled sound using her voice and instruments, Adeline will hold space for you to surrender to what is present, for deep relaxation and letting go …

Adeline will be using Sacred Drum & Rattle, Gongs, Crystal singing bowls & Tibetan Bowls, Chimes, rainstick… creating a deep safe space for you to surrender and journey with your soul impulses to the power of sound.

This combined journey of energy & sound brings deep healing on the cellular level, releasing that which no longer serves, making space for the new, for expansion into love and light within and without.✨

About Adeline:

Adeline is an Energy, Sound-Healer & Thai Massage Practitioner, trained in Kundalini Dance.The practice of Kundalini yoga & chanting opened her to learn energy healing, Reiki. Sound healing followed with the birth of her Sacred Drum, opening her to the deep listening of the Earth, the trees, elementals, animals and the world of spirit. This is where she sources her soul strength. It opened her heart and freed her voice leading her inward, to reconnect and remember her medicine and the codes she carries and shares through her sound
