This course is for complete beginners, and Women who would like to learn the rich history and techniques of the hand played Sacred frame drum, & explore the healing power of the voice. There is a rich history of Women and frame drums through out the ages and cultures that has been lost & finding its way back. Fears and limitations will be unblocked, replaced with confidence and personal empowerment & connection. You will be gently guided each step of the way, with easy to follow home practices to build on that you can go back to and revise any time.
