Exploration of the connection between menstrual cycles, Moon phases, and the seasons of nature
Embodiment movement practice focused on fascia to support hormonal and emotional balance throughout the body
Shared stories and reflections to weave personal experience into collective wisdom
Closing meditation l to seal the space in gratitude
Please bring:
A yoga mat for comfort during meditation, grounding, and movement practices
A journal for reflections, insights, and cycle tracking notes
