This hour-long sanctuary invites you to gently soften, release, and return home to yourself.
✨ Gentle Yoga
With over 24 years of experience, your guide, Kathy, will lead you through easeful movement and breath—inviting your body to let go of tension from the low back, hips, neck and shoulders followed by a deep rest into spacious stillness.
✨ Soundbath
Then, bathe in the healing tones of 432 Hz rose quartz crystal bowls, Tibetan bowls, chimes, and other soothing instruments. Let the vibration wash through you, bringing harmony to your nervous system and restoring inner balance.
It’s a healing sound journey with Hawaiian birds, gentle breezes and a gentle return to your own sacred rhythm.
