Join for an early Winter Sound Bath Circle designed to help you embrace the transition into shorter days and longer nights.
As the the nights grow longer and the air turns crisp, we often feel both the beauty and the weight of the winter season approaching. Allow the sounds of crystal singing bowls, gongs, chimes, and Native American Flute to peacefully guide you into the sound of silence. The darkness of nighttime holds a mysterious stillness where we can hear our inner world with more clarity, peace, and deeper understanding.
Come as you are—whether you seek grounding, emotional release, or simply a quiet pause before the holiday season. This circle is an invitation to align with the wisdom of the earth and step into winter feeling supported, centered, and renewed.

Sound baths are a sonic trip to the theta brainwave state- our brain’s location for relaxation, meditation, and deep r e s t .
Sound baths featuring quartz crystal singing bowls, gongs, chimes, and other instruments with therapeutic propertiesallow us to have extended time in parasympathetic mode to support cellular repair, emotional release, relaxation, and inner peace.

Please arrive to the venue 10 minutes prior to the advertised time to select a mat, use the restroom, and get comfortable. This ensures the entire group can start together at the advertised time. Thanks in advance for your cooperation!
We’ll be lying on the floor for most of the session. Yoga mats, pillows, and blankets are provided. (Sleep masks are optional but nice to have).
Feel free to to bring optional sentimental items to carry with you through the sound journey:
Stones
Crystals
Prayer beads
Photos, etc.
DISCLAIMER: Sound baths are not recommended for people with pacemakers, metal devices in the body, low blood pressure, epilepsy/seizures, or people in the first trimester of pregnancy.
Please hydrate before and after the sound bath for maximum benefit.
Numbness, tingling, lightheadedness, itching, slight nausea, and changes in mood or emotional state are all common symptoms after a sound bath. Please consult your physician if these feelings don’t subside. Appropriate for ages 13+.
