In this workshop, we will delve into the profound significance behind sacred dance, the transformative power of prayer, and the potent force of intention. Through discussion and experiential exercises, we will tap into the essence of prayer and intention, understanding their ability to manifest change within ourselves and the world around us.

Let us dance with intention, invoking divine light to descend upon the earth to catalyze a shift in the collective consciousness and illuminate our path towards greater harmony, peace, and unity.Join us on this journey into self-discovery, spiritual awakening, and collective empowerment.


Movement by Oihana

In this section, Oihana will share a bit of her practice called SEER Dance (Sacred Earth Embodied Ritual Dance). We will begin with a gentle warm-up, followed by focusing on some turns and techniques designed to deepen participants' connection to their bodies and channel their innermost thoughts and feelings into a moving prayer.

Whirling by Fanny

Fanny will guide us on an exploration of the ancient practice of whirling as a vehicle for spiritual connection and alignment. We will learn about the spiritual significance behind sacred whirling, connecting with a tradition that honors the interconnectedness of all beings.


How to prepare:

1- Don't eat anything heavy at least 2 hours prior the workshop.

2- Wear comfortable clothing that allows to move.

3-Take some time to reflect and set intentions of you can.

4-Come with an open mind and open heart willing to explore new experiences and perspectives, allow yourself to surrender to the process of the workshop.
